Wow very beautifully drawn! I love the highlights and details. What kind of program do you use to do all of this? It's given you amazing results. (P.S. I usually use paint for things like this... but it doesn't let me do shading or highlights very effectively.)

Wha! I love the eyes!Did you do this with a mouse? The insides of her eyes though,like not the pupil but the areaoutside the blue area, you should try making that white, unless I'm color blind and her whole face is white. lolBut I love her hair and eyes, they are very lovely!
